Meet Lizbeth Lancaster

Lizbeth joined the CISNT team in 2021 as a Case Management Site Coordinator at Lake Dallas Middle School. She has a background in assisting families and disaster survivors. She graduated from the University of North Texas at Dallas with a double major in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2019. After joining the CISNT team, Lizbeth quickly knew that she had found her passion. For the last 3 and a half years, she has been on campus assisting students, families, and school staff helping create a safe place for students to learn and grow. Through her time as a Site Coordinator, she was able to see the true impact a one-on-one relationship with a caring adult has on students in our communities.

Lizbeth is passionate about the CISNT mission and believes every child needs a one-on-one relationship with a caring adult. As a first-generation college graduate, she also believes that students should all have equal opportunity and knowledge to post-secondary education opportunities.

During Lizbeth’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and family. She enjoys art museums and antiquing.
