Meet Naidia Carmona

Naidia Carmona joined the CISNT team in 2021 with a background in parent education, talent acquisition, and non-profit. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Family Studies and Human Development. Naidia is passionate about representation, diversity, and advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Naidia loves to celebrate student success no matter how big or small. As Human Resource Onboarding Coordinator, Naidia supports all of CISNT employees and its mission through building relationships and hiring/onboarding processes that facilitate development and cultivate belonging for employees.

In her free time, Naidia practices self-care by reading books, working out, traveling, and going on new adventures.
