Meet Diana E. Vargas

Diana E. Vargas joined the CISNT team in 2006 with a background in Adult Education, Early Childhood, AmeriCorps, and Afterschool Programming. Diana is an experienced leader with over 17 years of dedication to the CISNT mission. During her tenure, Diana has been a Parent Educator, Site Coordinator, and Program Director, managing a budget of up to $2.1 million dollars per year.

Diana currently serves as the Senior Director of Afterschool and AmeriCorps Programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery and achievement of program goals and objectives, adding to the sustainability and development of programs with CISNT. Diana’s mission is to advocate for increased access to education within her community so that future generations are proud to achieve the excellence they work hard for and deserve.
