Ann Pape Wilson’s Bio

Ann Pape Wilson, has worked in the nonprofit sector for the past 17 years, with 9 of those years dedicated to CISNT.

Ann graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Management and has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Texas.

Ann has a passion for data-driven organizational impact and long-term sustainability of quality services. She is a strong believer in the CIS mission and a dedicated advocate for our work, our organization, and our community. Ann joined our team in 2012 as the Chief Development Officer and was was named Chief Executive Officer in May of 2016.

In her spare time she serves on the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as Past Chairman, sits on the UNT Nonprofit Leadership Studies Advisory Committee, and volunteers with the Lewisville Noon Rotary. Ann and her husband Michael (a teacher in Lewisville ISD) live in Corinth and are enjoying their first year as parents of a sweet baby boy.
