Meet Baylee Hensley

Baylee earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Texas in 2013, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2016, and a Master’s in Education from Lamar University in 2022. She is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students to feel supported, connected, and successful.

In her role at CISNT, Baylee supports volunteer engagement across North Texas, connecting community members with meaningful opportunities to serve students and schools while helping strengthen campus volunteer programs.

Baylee is also deeply involved in her local community and currently serves as President of the Carrollton Early Childhood PTA. Through her community involvement, she has helped lead family programming, volunteer initiatives, fundraising efforts, and events designed to bring families and community members together. She is passionate about building relationships and creating opportunities for people to use their time and talents to support children and families.

Outside of work, Baylee enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, staying active, being outdoors, and finding new ways to get involved in the North Texas community.
