Meet Joshua Hubbard

Joshua joined the CISNT team in 2024 as the Grant Associate, bringing with him a BA in English and a minor in Technical Communication from the University of North Texas. In the summer of 2026, Joshua was promoted to Director of Grants.

Joshua was introduced to nonprofit work in college through his involvement in campus ministry and served as a missionary for a year after graduation. In both his work on campus and at CISNT so far, Joshua has learned the power of relationships to drive success. By cultivating relationships throughout the grant lifecycle, Joshua advances the CISNT mission and empowers students for success in school and life.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, watching sports, serving at church, and exploring the outdoors.
