Hannah Walz first joined the CISNT Team as an AmeriCorps Member and received her bachelor’s in social work in 2021 from Texas Woman’s University. She served in the CISNT Case Management Program as a Site Coordinator shortly thereafter and received her master’s in social work in 2022 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Hannah has dedicated years to working in direct practice with children & families and is a Licensed Master of Social Work. She transitioned to the role of AmeriCorps Coordinator in 2024 and is dedicated to supporting future helping professionals. As Hannah now serves as the Director of AmeriCorps, she continues to empower AmeriCorps Volunteers and interns with the tools and knowledge that are essential to being a part of our community of support and providing key support services that help students achieve success.

In her free time, Hannah loves listening to music, spending time with her family, and travelling! She is passionate about fostering collaboration, growth, and empowerment with AmeriCorps Volunteers and interns to effectively make a positive impact.
