CISNT daytime case management programs are currently provided at 62 partner campuses in seven school districts. CISNT Site Coordinators office on the school campus during the school day, so that they are accessible to students for support and services throughout the day.
Each Site Coordinator provides intensive support (case management) to 80-100 students facing significant barriers to success in their education. Site Coordinators also provide school-wide support to 75% of the school population, serving over 35,000 students each school year.
