Meet Joseph Solano

Joseph (Joe) Solano joined the CISNT team in 2026. Previously, he spent most of his career in banking/finance as Portfolio Manager, Credit Underwriter, and Investment Counselor. Joe earned a BA in Communications at the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Baruch College.

As Chief Financial Officer, Joe directs the financial operations of the agency to ensure fiscal integrity, compliance and overall accuracy while supporting the mission of the organization, its staff, and the children served by CISNT.

In his free time, Joe enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, exercising and spending time with his two boys.
