Lewisville – March 22nd, 2022 – Medical City Healthcare recently made a $10,000 contribution to Communities In Schools of North Texas. The funds will directly impact more than 30,000 North Texas students CISNT serves each school year.
“As a community based, community funded organization, CISNT is truly thankful for this support from Medical City Healthcare,” says Ann Pape Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of CISNT. “Our organizations share a passion for a healthy start and a healthy future for our students, families, and communities as a whole and we are so pleased to partner together toward this vision.”
Medical City Healthcare is the North Texas Division of HCA Healthcare that recently announced that the company and the HCA Healthcare Foundation gave more than $41 million to community organizations in 2021, including North Texas nonprofit organizations.
“This support is another positive example of how our commitment to the care and improvement of human life extends outside the walls of our facilities,” says Erol Akdamar, FACHE, president of Medical City Healthcare. “Caring for our community through charitable giving and social investment helps create healthier tomorrows for the communities where our colleagues live and serve.”
CISNT is incredibly grateful for this donation from Medical City Healthcare, which will help support CISNT’s 63 programs across 7 school districts. Thank you Medical City Healthcare for being a part of CISNT’s Community of Support!
