Meet Chelsea Bennett, PHR

Chelsea Bennett, PHR, joined Communities in Schools of North Texas in 2026, bringing more than 10 years of leadership experience and a diverse background in human resources, business operations, employee relations, and technology implementation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from National American University and holds the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. 

As Director of Human Resources, Chelsea leads CISNT’s human resources function and partners with employees and managers throughout the organization. Her work includes employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, manager development, and continuous improvement of the processes that support CISNT employees. 

Chelsea believes strong relationships are the foundation of an effective workplace. She is committed to creating clear, people-centered processes and ensuring employees and managers have the information, tools, and support they need to succeed. She is especially excited to support the dedicated professionals whose work helps North Texas students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. 

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her two dogs, Kanto and Johto, and growing her plant collection. She also values opportunities to connect, learn, and grow through professional organizations like DallasHR.
