Britanya Donaldson is passionate about building relationships, advocating for families, and creating opportunities for children and youth to succeed. Her passion for strengthening families inspired her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Upper Iowa University and has guided her 18 years of experience in child welfare, case management, and nonprofit programming.

Britanya served as a Child Protective Services Investigator with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, working with children and families throughout Denton and Dallas counties. Whether supporting families through crisis, advocating for children, or leading community-based programs, she has remained committed to helping others build stronger futures.

Having personally experienced the positive impact of Communities In Schools after relocating to Texas in 2015, Britanya was honored to join CISNT in September 2025 as the ACE Site Coordinator at Bell Elementary. There, she focused on creating a safe and welcoming environment for students while partnering with families, campus administrators, and staff to support student success. She now serves as an Afterschool Program Director, where she supports Site Coordinators, strengthens campus partnerships, and helps create high-quality afterschool programs that positively impact students and families.

Britanya believes meaningful change begins with building trust, creating safe spaces, and meeting people where they are. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, listening to audiobooks, and unwinding with a good crime series.
