Meet Carol Forest

Carol Forest joined the CISNT team in 2018, bringing with her over 25 years of human resources and management experience. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

As Director of Human Resources, Carol is responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance management, and takes pride in cultivating a cohesive workforce through education, training, and mentoring. She is dedicated to ensuring that the CISNT organization continues to grow with a committed and passionate team, ensuring the students served are surrounded with the devoted support needed to be successful in school and empowering them to achieve in life.

In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.
