Meet Jade Ngo

Jade Ngo joined the CISNT team in 2026 as the Grant Associate. Her professional experience includes working as an elementary school English Language Arts teacher, as well as supporting students in higher education through academic advising and student engagement.

Jade is a first-generation college graduate who grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she developed a deep passion for student support and advocacy. She earned both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English Literature from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Throughout her career, Jade has been passionate about identifying resource gaps and expanding access to education and opportunities. She believes every student deserves the support and resources needed to feel safe and reach their full potential. As a Grant Associate at CISNT, she is excited to help secure the funding that makes comprehensive student support possible.

Outside of work, Jade enjoys reading, hiking, and crocheting with her cat, Percy “Bubby,” in her lap.
