Meet Kayla Baumann

Kayla Baumann joined the CISNT team in 2022 as Director of Events & Marketing, bringing a background in case management, event planning, and community relations. She later served as Director of Community Engagement before stepping into her current role as Senior Director of Development. She graduated from Liberty University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where she discovered her passion for creating meaningful connections and giving back to her community.

Today, Kayla oversees the development team, cultivates relationships with donors, partners, and community members, and works to strengthen awareness of and investment in CISNT’s impact across North Texas.

Kayla proudly represents CISNT through her active involvement with the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce as a Chamber Ambassador, Leadership Lewisville graduate, and 2024 Volunteer of the Year. She also remains engaged in young professional and community leadership initiatives across North Texas.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with friends and family, serving at her church, taking barre classes, and reading at coffee shops.
