Meet Lizet De Rojas

 Lizet De Rojas joined the CISNT team in August 2012 as a Social Work intern. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Texas and her Master of Social Work from Angelo State University. She joined the team as a full-time Site Coordinator at Lake Dallas ISD. During her time as a Site Coordinator, she went on to open the Case Management Programs at Lake Dallas Elementary, Middle, and High School. In July 2018, she transitioned to the CISNT admin team where she has served as a Program Director and Senior Director of Case Management Programs. Lizet currently serves as the Chief Program Officer and is responsible for leading internal program development, operations, and support through the lens of data, research, and evaluation, and Communities In Schools (CIS) Model fidelity.

As a first-generation high school and college graduate, Lizet is passionate about empowering and giving students the accessibility to the much-needed resources to reach their highest potential.

In her free time, you can find Lizet traveling with family and friends or spending time with her two cats, Chips and Guac.
