Meet Stephanie McKee

Stephanie joined the CISNT team in 2026 with nearly two decades of nonprofit experience. After earning degrees in Biblical Studies and Speech Communication from Ouachita Baptist University, she returned to DFW and started volunteering at a Dallas nonprofit before transitioning onto staff. It was there she found her passion for connecting people to a mission and helping them use their gifts to make an impact.

For ten years, Stephanie coordinated a signature fundraising luncheon alongside volunteer chairs. Collaborating with incredible community advocates has been her favorite part of the work—bringing people together for the greater good and witnessing what’s possible when everyone chips in.

Outside of work, Stephanie spends her time shuttling her three boys to practices, volunteering at church and enjoying downtime at home with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Benny.
