Tasha Moore serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Communities In Schools of North Texas (CISNT), where she leads the organization’s vision, strategic direction, and operations to ensure students are surrounded with the support they need to stay in school and achieve in life. Since joining CISNT in 2012 as a Middle School Site Coordinator, Tasha has held several leadership roles, including Program Director and Chief Operations Officer, before being named CEO.

Tasha currently serves as President of Supporters of Texas Student Success (STSS), a statewide organization dedicated to advancing policies and advocacy efforts that strengthen student success across Texas. She proudly represents CISNT as a Lewisville Noon Rotarian, is a graduate of Leadership Lewisville and Leadership Flower Mound, and previously participated in the WATCH Coalition, reflecting her long-standing commitment to civic leadership and community engagement.

Tasha earned a Master of Social Work from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity from George W. Truett Theological Seminary. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that nurtures their strengths, removes barriers to success, and empowers them to reach their full potential. This belief has guided her career and continues to inspire her work alongside educators, community partners, and advocates to create opportunities that help every student thrive.

Outside of her professional role, Tasha enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her church, and volunteering as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.
