What do you like about working for CISNT?
Making an impact on students and watching them grow.
What is your favorite program to implement on your site and why?
I love hosting sports tournaments with the other middle schools. The kids really get involved with the team aspect of it. They even get their parents involved.
Share a success story which always makes you smile.
Last year I had a student that was failing math for 13 weeks straight, which was basically the whole second semester. I would have talks with her every week about how she needed to raise her grades, but it seemed like she didn’t care, and I wasn’t sure if I was getting through to her. One day, she came to my office and requested that I look up her grades. She had a 90 in math! She was so proud of herself that she wanted everyone to know. The whole day she was tell all the staff that she had an A in math now.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I like to watch movies. I like most super hero movies, and I am a fan of action movies as well.
What is one thing your coworkers may not know about you?
I love graffiti art.
One thing you hope to accomplish in your lifetime?
At some point in my life I want to own my own business.
